hi i love your videos,
can i ask you a question, I've bought a laptop and have been having problems with it, my first one randomly would re-boot on its own, my second one had the click of death, today i exchanged it and guess what the hard drive is making a terrible noise upon system shutdown or when i put the computer to sleep, or if I don't let it boot into windows and i just manually shut it off before it ever boots into windows, when the hard drive powers off, the very last moment right before it goes off, it makes that noise, it sounds like a chirping/scratching noise. I know this is not normal, the other 2 laptops didn't make this noise. This is an asus, i thought asus was reliable. Furthermore, I'm embarrassed to go back to best buy, this is my 3rd one for heavens sake. What the heck could be wrong with this hard drive, why the chirping/scratching noise when power is taken away from it?
it is a seagate momentus 5400.4 250gb hard drive.
I'm so pissed off that this keeps happening.
