Default Hard Drive Clicking

I have a 2 week old WD Blue Caviar and it's started to click at start-up. It replaced a Seagate Barracuda that i'd had for a couple of years that started clicking then died. I took it apart and the read head bounced back and forward. I watched your Youtube vid and you mentioned that 95% of the time it's mechanical failure BUT 5% of the time it can be over/under voltage. Do you know of a test to check this other than removing the hard drive and putting it in another compatible computer? At the moment it will click a couple of times, freeze (won't load windows) then if i press the reset button it will come to life. From experience what do you suggest?
