Default Game Booster Software

Has anyone used the game booster software?..

I never used it with steam, but I Used to use it with many other games. It Used to close many unwanted programs automatically when i would start my game. This was a real good help when I would play games on my pretty slow PC. But i don't use it anymore since games put my PC under heavy stress now days, so i gotta upgrade it.

Seems like a pretty good software though.

I'd rather make the specs of my computer better.

Just want to say hello first. First post...

Use my machine for business mostly and some games. I run GBoost at all times on a core2duo.

Some of the optimizers today are good...some are still phony and potentially dangerous in that you could shut down a process that doesn't restart automatically on boot and/or isn't in OS settings for a restart. ProcessLasso has a gaming mode and is a good program. Max out the "Check processes every" menu entry...

I've actually got 3 optimizers running at less than 2% including GB, PL, and JetBoost...

I've only tried the GeForce Experience beta program that NVIDIA has, pretty straight forward but there are probably better ones out there. I have been lucky in that I have good hardware to run so optimizing graphics is not a big concern.
