Dell Services Take a Dip for the Worse

Ok I consider myself a reasonable individual, that being said 9 calls to accomplish what should have been done in the first call.  Dell seems to be in a state of flux with its phone and financial services jockeying between the Philippians,  North American, South America, Brazil, and of course India. In our review of the M11x R3 we stated that support is given via North America.  As a matter of a fact this is incorrect.  The website shows North America support, what this means is that they simply support North America isin’t that nice. 🙂

After 9 calls I have had two return calls to tell me that my order is still on hold for my own security and that they have verified the order finally. We would love to bring you a review of this product should it ever arrive.  In a Bruce Campbell flashback moment “Now I swear the next one of you Dell Primates even touches me. . . .”

We will update you on this fiasco as it progresses.  Anyone else been stung by the Dell Bee?
