Default What is the best UPS?

What is the best UPS for a home computer if i want to have 15-20 minutes of backup time if the power goes out.  I am looking for something that will save the work and shutdown at the end of the battery life.  I am also looking to spend no more than 130 bucks.  Got any ides?

I have heard a lot of good things about APC's UPS products. I saw one for as low as $85 that'll give you about 1 hour and 23 minutes worth of back up time. I believe APC UPS's are what we use in the office.  Here's the website:

i believe a small thermo nuclear reactor should do you nicely. preferably a fusion reactor
